Specialty Facility Programs Summary
Summer / Holiday Staff Relief Program: This program is designed to meet summer and holiday personnel shortages for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Certified Home Health Agency and Hospice programs. The program provides planned summer / holiday replacement personnel for the facility or program as their employees take time off during the busy vacation and holiday periods.
Housed Staff Relief Program: In response to rural community health care facility staffing shortages for RN, LPN, and Certified Nurse Aides the Company developed a "Housed Staff" service component. Staff are transported from urban service areas and housed locally within close proximity to the facility that they will be working in. All staff are facility dedicated, pre-oriented and are typically scheduled for 12 hour shifts.
Metropolitan Cares -“Partner Program”: The Partner Program is a service delivery model for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Assisted Living Facilities. The program provides two distinct services. In-house services assist in assuring facility “special need units” in maintaining a safe “restraint-free” environment for their clients by providing companion / sitter services. The second component of the service is client escort services for out of facility physician or treatment services.
